Abstract/Summary:
With the further increase of duty crime, the party and the state to conduct in-depth exploration of public officials for conflicts of interest, the public service personnel conflicts of interest has been widespread concern. However, at this stage the officer conflict of interest problem is still serious, which caused a lot of public officials corruption. The officer conflict of interest is the root cause of corruption, how to do a good job in between individual interests and public interests is a prominent problem facing the public officials, the purpose of this thesis is to explore the methods and strategies to find and avoid and control officer conflicts of interest, thereby reducing due to a conflict of interest is not in place, the duty crime prevention and control corruption and other serious consequences. Using the method of literature review and empirical analysis method to carry on the depth analysis of the officer conflicts of interest of prevention and control, from the officer conflicts of interest of the hazard analysis to the problems of conflict of interest of the control system, and draw lessons from the foreign officer conflicts of interest of control system, has carried on the exploration to our officer conflicts of interest of control problems, and the solving measures are summary: One is in the public interest control system, regulators should strengthen supervision of private life public officials; two is in the implementation of public interest conflict prevention and control system, should be on the official right to appropriate constraints, increase public officials honest and clean culture atmosphere, promote traditional virtues of priority of public interest.
