Research On Optimization Of Urban Village Reconstruction Model In Guiyan

Today,with the deepening development of the city,the issue of village in the city has attracted more and more attention,because of its importance on revitalizing of the stock of urban land and improving of its quality.On the other hand,there are many issues in its living environment,which has had a great impact on the overall quality and image of the whole city.The reconstruction of villages in cities is inevitable.How to make it more smooth,efficient and in line with the development requirements of a harmonious society? This paper combs the relevant research on the transformation of old cities in foreign countries and the transformation of urban villages in China.With the game theory as the main tool,it analyzes the main models of the transformation of urban villages in various regions-the government-led model,the village-led model,and the real estate development-led model.It focuses on the situation of the transformation of urban villages in Guiyang City,analyzing the interest appeal points of various stakeholder groups in the transformation of urban villages and the relationship between theory.From the overall perspective,the government-led model is more suitable.All stakeholder groups are under the unified leadership and command of the government,and have controllability.The principles of rationality,fairness,efficiency and fairness can be truly implemented to realize the complementation of advantages among interest groups and reach the Pareto Optimality.This paper is divided into six parts.In the preface,the background and significance of the topic are clarified.In the second chapter,the literature review is carried out.In the third chapter,the relevant key concepts,models and theoretical basis of the transformation of the village in the city are analyzed.In the fourth chapter,the social environment,development history and main models of the transformation of the village in the city of Guiyang are analyzed.In the fifth chapter,the basic situation and model characteristics of the case of the transformation of the cargo yard area of Ergezhai East Station,Nanming District,Guiyang City are introduced.Finally,the sixth chapter summarizes the optimization direction of the transformation model of villages in cities.
