Public Policy Implementation Of The Local Governments And Countermeasures

Public policy implementation is the only way to realize the objective of policy. From the long run, our nation emphasizes the making process of the policy, look down the policy implementation process, which make the policy implementation weaken. Our country has a large number of local government systems, and it has the difference among regional economies and social development. Therefore the policy implementation of the local government is complicated. Local government arises many problems in the process of policy implementation,such as half-hearted implementation of policy, alternative policy implementation, additional policies implemented policies and brutal execution. This paper is trying to study the problems which are arisen in the process of policy implementation in local governments. This paper analyses, classifies and summarizes the problems through the literature research, system analysis methods. The paper points out the roots of the problems through the several aspects which includes public policy itself, subject of policy implementation, and system and environment of policy implementation. The paper in the key parts introduces the appropriate strategies which are scientific, rational, specific and operable, in order to improve the execution of the government policy.
