With the development of world economy, we are facing increasingly heavy pressure of population, resources and environment. The development and utilization of energy is foundation and power of economic development, it also affects population, resources and environment closely. Developing countries are faced with the challenge of the economic development and environmental protection, in which rural energy is one of the most common problems.China, as the biggest developing country, with the rapid economic development, energy demand grows rapidly. Under the traditional fossil energy dominated background, we meet the challenge of ensuring energy security and optimizing energy structure. The supply of effective and sustainable and green energy will play a key role in promoting economic development,social harmony and national security. Rural energy is an important part of our country’s energy,with natural ties with renewable energy, it determines the feasibility of optimizing the structure of rural energy, which will certainly promote the transformation of national energy structure and promote the steady growth of the economy and ease the country’s energy crisis and protect the ecological environment,alleviate the pressure of climate change.The paper consists of five parts.
