Study On The Spiritual Life Of Grassroots Judge And The Ethics Of Civil Servant

The judge is not only justice practitioner, but also a member of the national team of civil servants. Because of its unique professional background, many research focus on the civil servants of administrative organ. But the paper argues that there search about spiritual life of grassroots judge is significant, especially in the legal community society.Recently judge crimes happened frequently, which damage to the overall image of the civil servants and judicial credibility, these events reflected that there are some problems of the spiritual life of some judges. These problems do not just existing in judicial system, but also the entire civil servants. In this paper, the use of questionnaires to the judge for the survey and study, from the three major aspects of the spiritual life of the form "mental life", "cultural life", "soul life" which examines the overall spirit of the living conditions of the grassroots judges to find the problems and the reasons, as well as the countermeasures from the three dimensions of individual、organization and society, which provide a reference for civil servant ethics.Firstly, individual improve their own quality. Secondly, organization protects the rights and interests of the civil service and attention to cultural construction organization. Finally, purify the social atmosphere, to provide an excellent environment for the civil servants.
