At present, China’s labor dispute mass frequently, especially in the more developed economies of Shanghai, in recent years, not only the mass surge in the number of labor disputes, and also the gradual shift from the right dispute to the interest dispute. Whether it is right or interest dispute, once occur in the form of group events, the government should deal with all the difficulties it brought about, and making the government into a passive situation.The main disposal of mass labor disputes are: labor administrative departments to coordinate meetings, labor supervision and law enforcement, a second trial program cut(labor arbitration and the courts), a small wage protection mechanism, mass labor dispute prevention mechanisms, and petition and other. However, the presence of these disposal methods has drawbacks: government passive defense, exhausted, law enforcement is not in place, fuzzy boundaries of administrative and judicial disposal, palliatives, easily lead to a new group of controversy, negative impact of the petition system, absence of trade unions and so on. And the disposition of all the above and more for the rights dispute than the interest dispute, however increasing interest dispute has no better solution.This paper start exploring two types of groups labor dispute prevention mechanism from the perspective of prevention, hoping to intervene and resolve the labor dispute to mass produce from the source and to minimize the outbreak factor group events, wihch can dispute or weaken the resolve of the individual labor dispute intensified when contradictory yet. This paper will research and write by analyzing the data, comparison, observation, literature study groups, such as possession of a labor dispute from the disposal of practical work, and other aspects of the case, etc., combined with our current relevant legislation, by comparison with foreign disposal methods. This paper is divided into five chapters, the basic framework is as follows:The first chapter of the study group theoretical issues related to the labor dispute, the main body for labor relations, the tripartite mechanism and the concept of individual labor disputes and collective labor disputes elaborate, and the concept of mass labor disputes discussed in this article defines.The second chapter analyzes the current situation,types and trends of mass labor disputes,by analysis the data of the city’s population of controversy, as well as analysis of a typical case of a labor dispute.The third chapter of the causes of mass labor disputes and frequent handling difficulties were analyzed by the legal system, social background, businesses and workers four angles, and the current population of the labor dispute and disadvantages of disposal has been elaborated.The fourth chapter describes the mass disposal of labor disputes in the government position, analysis and comparison of the four groups of countries and resolve the labor dispute settlement mechanisms, and the role of government in labor disputes disposal groups should play a comprehensive exposition.The fifth chapter content for our group of labor dispute prevention and treatment mechanism exploration, and to build a good group on the future of our country labor dispute prevention mechanism beneficial exploration...
