A Study On The Chinese American Business Associations Since 1979

Up to the present,few scholars have made monographic study on the contemporary Chinese American Associations in the U.S. This thesis focuses on the study of the existing Chinese American business association since 1979.Chapter one will make an overview of the development history of Chinese business associations,outlining their numbers,categories and distribution in the U.S.Chapter two makes more deeper case studies on four representative Chinese Business Association.Chapter three analynize the main functions of the Chinese Business Association from several perspective.Chapter four examines the chinese business association active role in the Sino-US ecomomic and trade cooperation.Chapter five make a tentative explore of the difficulties that the Chinese business association will face and try to put forth some suggestion for theirdevelopment.
