Study On The Rural Community Culture Construction Of Shannxi In New Period

At the end of twentieth Century, the community is accumulating and expanding rapidly as the new modern factor of the social development,and the community is penetrating into the whole fields of the society,whose original government functions is absorbed constantly, and has its independent role of autonomy and independence field.In recent years, Shaanxi province is striving to foster 1,000 new rural communities, which has moderate scale, perfect facilities, industrial development,convenient living facilities, ordered management and comfortable ecological environment. It aims to change the relative backward face of the rural areas and promote the orderly development of the urban-rural integration. The current market economic should not only value the economic development,but also pay more attention to the construction of the culture civilization in the new prosperity time.Therefore, the community culture construction should be contained in the community building process,and become the proper meaning of community development.At present,foreign and domestic research on community culture has made many achievements,and provides many practical reference of Shannxi community culture construction,However, we should also see these studies mostly just stay in some developed areas.Shannxi community research,especially the research about community cultural construction in rural areas is still very scarce, and most of them is only stay on the surface, is short of targeted due. Based on this, this study will take Shaanxi rural community as a regional basic research, and target the study of cultural construction of Shannxi rural communities.This paper has discussed the basic concept,characteristics and the theoretical basis ofthe rural community’s cultural construction in detail.Then based on the Shannxi’s specific practicing process,the paper has analyzed the historical tradition of cultrue development and the modern history of the evolution in different period of Shannxi rural community.Throughout the development progress,I has concluded the basic characteristics and develop rules of Shannxi rural community cultural construction,and to discuss the concrete development on this problem.Finally,to provide some basic idea of the development of cultural construction of Shannxi rural community, this paper has elaborated the basic path on the problem concretely.The paper has mainly used the literature research method,statistical analysis and survey research,which is in inference to the foundation of domestic and foreign scholars research works.It has elaborated the problem with a cultural prospective as a basic starting point,and has concluded the specific rules and characteristics throughout the development history.Moreover,on this basis,I has pointed the main problem and has elaborated the causes of the related problem to explore the basic logic path on the cultural construction of Shannxi rural community in new period,which is the most important innovation of the paper.
