| With the coming of the information society, Information technology plays a more and more important role in our life. As the biggest owner、user、producers,the government hold the largest social information resources, who faced the hitherto unknown challenge. E-government affairs have become an important way to achieve information openness and have increasingly become the main method of modern government. China’s e-government affairs have made great development in recent years, but the e-government not only moving the daily work to the net platform, but to make the service more convenient and safe, so as to achieve the goal of the e-government affairs. E-government system success directly determines the e-government affairs success and processes. So, how to evaluate the success of e-government becomes important. Based on the classical D&M information system success model, this paper conducted the e-government success under the G2 C mode.According to my research approach, this paper constructed the e-government success model, which including the information quality,system quality,service quality,use,user satisfaction and perceived net benefit。Based on the EFA, we confirmed the factors of the structure and the measurement of the items firstly. Then, collected 180 valid questionnaires through the way of electronic and paper, based on the CFA and the SEM we verified the e-government success model. The results are as follows.(1)Both the information quality and the system quality has a significant role on the use and the user satisfaction.(2)The service quality has a indirect role on the use and the user satisfaction.(3)Both the use and the user satisfaction has a significant role on the perceived net benefit.(4) User may not be able to promote user satisfaction.Compared with the related research, this paper made a Comprehensive evaluation on the e-government success in the G2 C environment and has a reference and guiding significance in the construction of e-government system. |
