Study On The Urban Administrative Enforcement Of Law About Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area

Urban management is a problem can not be ignored in the process of urbanization and also a social problem concerned to the masses. Lately, there are so many public crisis cases triggered because of the ill of urban management. It has a bad huge impact of our fundamental interest and social stability. The urban should provide better living conditions for the people. But in pace with the quickly development of the urbanization,much more rural population swarm into the city, the most attractive cities in the people’s consciousness has already overwhelmed and can not provide good service to the residents of the city. So, the urban management is the product of the rapid development of our Country which is an important organization and mode of society and urban management. After the 1996 "People’s Republic of China Administrative Punishment Law" promulgated, the local governments have joined the pilot work to administrative punishment. The government part only for urban management was born. It is an exploration of urban management. And due to the establishment of a short time, the ways of administrative enforcement procedures are not standardized, the quality of personnel is also limited. Therefore, there are difficulties and resistance in practice work and it called in questions by the common people. How to improve the legitimacy of law enforcement methods and give consideration to the fair is triggered widespread discussion of society.Faced with this situation, as a front-line law enforcement workers in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, I have a deep thinking about it and do the research of administrative enforcement approach, the problem in practices and so on in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area and strive to find out the reasons from the source and the countermeasure to contribute our standardization of law enforcement pattern.
