Study On The Application Of The Digital City Administration Of Weihai City

In the information age, digital technology has been widely used in all walks of life, has become an important force to change the economic and social development. As an important part of economic and social management, urban management is increasingly influenced by digital technology. Urban management involves many aspects, such as municipal construction, garden greening, road traffic, environmental sanitation, and so on, and it is a complicated problem for the governments of all countries. With the development of digital technology, digital city management has become a global trend. Digital city management is a new type of urban management. Compared with the traditional management mode, digital city management has many advantages, such as rapid discovery problem, wide coverage, high efficiency, clear responsibility and perfect assessment mechanism, which greatly improve the efficiency and the overall level of urban management.In this paper, the author is familiar with the Weihai digital management information system as the research object, the paper studies the implementation of digital city management mode in Weihai City, through the combination of literature research and empirical research methods, analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of digital city management in Weihai, and puts forward the research and analysis of the effect of the reform measures. First, the paper discusses the purpose and significance of the research, and analyzes the status quo of the digital city management from abroad and domestic, and expounds the contents and methods of the research. Next, the basic theory of digital city management mode is introduced, the definition and characteristics of digital city management are described, and the five elements and seven key technologies are described in detail. On the basis of this, the paper introduces the background and application of the digital city management in Weihai, and describes and analyzes the running status of the digital city management in Weihai. The key part of this paper presents six aspects of the implementation of the digital city management in Weihai City, the existing problems, in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems, and for the discovery of the five targeted measures for system transformation. In the end, the paper introduces the effect of the implementation of the digital city management system in Weihai, and describes the new problems found in the process of system transformation, and puts forward some new ideas about the future implementation of urban digital management.
