The Research On Community Governance System Reform Of Daqing City

The community is society cell,is the basic unit of city community management. The community good governance is the premise and basis to realize the effective governance of the country.Since the establishment of new China, our country had been exploring in the community management of the road, out of a line with China’s national conditions and the reality of the community development, and explore the mode of social governance formed in Shanghai, Shenyang,Jianghan and other characteristics of the.In recent years,the CPC Central Committee on strengthening and innovation of community work has made a series of important deployment. Especially the eighteen party 3 in plenary meeting puts forward clearly “the innovation of social management system”,first put forward the new viewpoint of “social governance”.This marks another innovation and break through of our party’s ruling concept in the social field, and pointed out the direction for us to explore and innovate the community governance system, as well as the real basis of the reform of community governance system in Daqing city.This paper first introduces and explains the research background and significance,literature review,research content, research method and process, and a brief summary of the main frame and the whole structure. The second chapter carries on the discussion to the correlation theory, to lay the foundation for this research related theory. The third chapter summarizes the community governance experience of the domestic and foreign countries,and analyzes the evolution and current situation of the development of community governance in our country. The fourth chapter is the empirical study on the reform of community governance system in Daqing city,the system introduces the origin, goal and main task of the reform ideas. The fifth chapter is the objective evaluation of Daqing city overall reform of community,where its quality assessment. Finally,put forward to further deepen the reform of community and some countermeasures and suggestions for Daqing city.
