Research On The Reform Of Policing System In Daqing City

Police system, referring to the police institution, power distribution corresponding to the organization and leadership system, the laws and regulations system construction, is the foundation and guarantee for the normal operation of policing. Police system depends on the mode of national political system, and it is also an important part of national political system, which cannot be ignored.As an important resource-based city of our country, Daqing’s special strategic position and its evolution of the historical system of police system contributed to its experience of the chaos situation for a long time, although Daqing gradually step on the right track, but problems still exist, such as: existence of police corner, irrational allocation of police resources, police resources waste and other drawbacks. Due to the urgent need of society, Daqing conducted the reform among police system.This thesis deals with the analysis of Daqing’s police system reform in 2006 through a comprehensive exploration. It consists of five parts, the first part is the introduction; the second part is the summary of policing reform. It explores the basic concept of reform in police system and the probe of police system in some parts of our country; The third part contains the police reform in Daqing, analysing the police reform in Daqing from the background, the content and the difficulties; The fourth part discusses the achievements, existing problems and the future trend of reform; The last part focuses on suggestions which are made by insisting on the principle of legality, setting up a scientific mechanism and improving police management mechanism.
