A Research For The National Social Security System Of The Urban Flexible Employee

Employment relationship with the country’s stability and development, it is one of the most difficult problems faced by all the countries in the world. Along with economic development and industrial structure adjustment of our country, service、logistics、information and other tertiary industry have risen and developed rapidly, which makes the share of flexible employment in the labor market increased year by year, and have a increasingly influential. When the flexible employment develops rapidly, the number of flexible employee increase sharply, the social security problem of these people is becoming outstandingly.Social security is not only the urgent requirement of flexible employee, but also the necessary premise of economic development and social stability. This paper selects Zhongshan East Road Office of Xincheng District in Huhhot as research places to investigate the social security condition of the local urban flexible employee and the existing problems through questionnaire, interview and so on. After analyzing the reasons of these problems, the author puts forward some measures to deal with the problems, such as:increasing publicity of social security policy, expanding coverage for social security, improving the level of social security’s management services.
