Since the implementation of college student village officials plan, the economic construction of rural areas, improving the structure of rural cadres, improving the administrative ability of grass-roots organizations, improving the form of basic organization and so on have achieved remarkable results, and have played an important role in the construction of new socialist countryside. However, there are a series of factors, such as the living conditions of rural areas, the huge difference between urban and rural culture, and the post selection of utility, which makes the students village official in the work have the adaptation to the bad phenomenon, which restricts the development of the college student village officials plan. The research on the adaptability of college student village officials has certain reference significance and practical value for the further understanding of the external and internal causes of college student village officials to improve the work efficiency and improve the management system of college student village officials.This paper to Zhejiang Province college student village official as the main object of study, through the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, comparison and analysis of the, of 11 cities of Zhejiang Province 200 post student village of the questionnaire, from the basic situation of college graduate village official, work adaptation, the data are classified to the factors of three aspects inferred from the problems and causes of the college students in Zhejiang Province to work as village officials meet in the presence of. This paper divides the causes into two parts: external and internal factors, including policy orientation bias, the cultivation of poor effect of evaluation mechanism, evaluation system of lay particular stress on the form, security system is not satisfactory, outflow channels to be widened, the villagers, village cadres identity needs to be improved, family support has a great impact on the mentality of college student village officials, post positioning fuzzy, working attitude not straighten out, work ability needs to be improved, the three outstanding problems and work of college student village officials to: assessment is not perfect, security policy implementation is slow, the training effect is poor for empirical analysis, the reason and conclusion. Finally, according to the analysis of the existing problems and reasons, from policy, jobs, individual growth three aspects puts forward some specific and operable policy suggestions on how to improve college students village officials working adaptability such as: promoting village school cooperation, constructing university students’ social practice in rural areas, a clear platform "village" to "nature the CEO" post conception, rich hiring, hiring to give the villagers Village power, reform the examination system, the villagers to participate in the "village" assessment, improve the training mechanism, construction of "village" communication development platform, opening promotion mechanism, broaden the channels for the promotion of good "village" exit mechanism, the realization of "village official" survival of the fittest etc. innovative suggestions.
