| With fast pace of the development, it is technology, furthermore, talent, that determines the fundamentally issues of secrecy theft and anti-theft. Therefore, to perfect our security work, the key is with the people, and will ultimately done by the people. Only by training a team of high-level quality and high-end professional personnel and equipped our security work with a law-mastered, technology-held and management-skilled team, will we can master the initiative in this war of security protection, and only in this way can we protect our nation’s safety and interests. Therefore, the issue of developing a training system, in accordance with national needs, organizational strategies and other stuffs, has become an important issue in the security work.This paper is to study the training system and hierarchy of classified personnel of confidential education, therefore, four aspects will be described. Firstly, the background and significance explains the importance of the confidentiality of education and training in classified personnel. Secondly, a training system and hierarchy of confidential education is established, mainly describes the system construction, training management, other concepts and theories. Next, this paper analyses the current situation of the education in classified personnel and the current state of current training system. Finally, with a full research of weakness and deficiency of the current education and training system, a new staff education system and hierarchy of classified personnel of secret-protection, which aims at the development strategy of work in secret-protection, is established with the foundation of human resource management and training theories.This training system is based on the research of our nation’s education and training system within secret-protection filed, embraced with Nation Development Strategy in secret-protection field and the whole situation within countrywide. It has a huge effect for the training of confidentiality-related personnel and classified staff in current era. |
