T Research On The Problem Measures Of The Staff Training In Fu Yang Marine Bureau

Increasingly promoting all of the professional skills and comprehensive qualities of staff is an effective approach of public department to achieve its all levels of development goals. As a public institution of vice-county construction system, Fu yang Marine Bureau undertakes the responsibility of having administrative enforcement of law to its administrative water areas. For Fu yang Marine Bureau, educational training is the important content of strengthening the development of human resources and the construction of the talent team.This paper is divided into six parts to state and analyze.
