Research On The Mode Of Community Correction In Less Developed Western Areas

Community correction is a kind of non imprisonment executions which originated in the western developed countries. It is the outcome of the development about the humanitarian thoughts and the notion of human rights. As nearly two hundred years goes by, community correction system has evolved into the central system of punishment in western developed countries. Community correction system started in the beginning of 21 century in China. Experimental unit work of community correction started in 2003 while community correction system introduced into our country formally. Implementation of community correction promulgated on January 10, 2012.As the same time, community correction system formally established in China.As a community correction institutions staff, the author found some problems about implementation of community correction procedures in less developed areas which mainly performance in community correction institutions staffs are difficult to carry out community correction according to law. In order to carry out community correction work better, community correction institutions staffs changed practical working mode experimentally.This is s article which analyzes community correction work mode in grassroots organizations.The structure of this article has five parts. The first part is about the concepts, basic features, investigative significance about development process of community correction. The second part is about investigative background, sense of worth, theories of commumty correction in less developed areas. The third part is about the current problem which combined with the analysis of domestic and foreign community correction modes. The last part is about organizational structure, system design, working mechanism of community correction in less developed areas in order to advance the development of community correction work in less developed western areas.
