Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Process Of Building A Service-oriented Township Government In China

With the advancement of strengthening social management and the governments at all levels of administrative system reform,the traditional government management model has also been on the forefront of the reform.And in many government management pattern,the advantages of a service-oriented government management mode and advanced increasingly highlighted.At all levels of government in the reform,China's township government needs to change at the grass-roots level management mode,the service-oriented township government's reform direction.The construction of a service-oriented township government,in the construction of a service-oriented government system accounts for the vast and largely about the quality of the whole administrative system reform and processes.In this paper,first of all,based on the meaning of service-oriented government,from the basic connotation and basic characteristics of a service-oriented township government,and then sums up the service-oriented township government function positioning.Secondly,this paper expounds the construction of a service-oriented township government in the process of villages and towns government personnel and system problems and reasons,and puts forward the specific path and countermeasures to solve these problems.
