The vigorous development of all kinds of supermarket chain and electronic commerce injects new vitality into the rapid development of economy and brings the great demand of the urban community logistics distribution. At present our country has not yet formed the perfect community logistics distribution system, decentralized and diversified of the distribution object, the degree of distribution enterprise cooperation is low, low degree of social distribution, management system chaos, those problems make it difficult to achieve economies of scale. Distribution center utilization rate is low and repeated construction lead to high cost of logistics. There is no reasonable optimization distribution route and high no-load rate of vehicle, causing environmental pollution and traffic congestion and other social problems. Based on the above background, this paper based on domestic and foreign research present situation, and combined our country community of logistics distribution status analysis. It focuses on the classification for community logistics demand forecasting and community logistics common distribution mode has been studied.First of all, the study expounds the related concepts of community and joint distribution logistics, and analyzes the development situation of community logistics and joint distribution. This paper introduces the existing community logistics distribution modes in our country and foreign classic distribution modes. Then community logistics demand is divided into general consumer goods, fresh products and postal express, and according to their respective characteristics is selected to the secondary exponential smoothing, grey prediction and system dynamics model for their demand forecasting. Later the study analyzes the connotation of the community joint distribution logistics. The mode can be divided into self pick-up and home delivery according to the customer’s taking form. The study analyzes service level, logistics cost and other factors on the influence of distribution mode selection. For the self pick-up service area mode, the site best service area model is built under considering the consumer maximum walking time, distribution costs, and service quality and so on. The model is modified by considering the customer’s linear time satisfaction and adjustment factor. Then the study considers the actual situation of door-to-door delivery, in order to achieve minimize the total cost of the logistics activities, to build the time penalty function, under the constraint of the vehicle capacity, time, distribution center vehicle number and others factors established a time window constraints delivery door optimal strategy model. Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of the distribution demand forecasting method and distribution mode optimization model are verified by an example analysis.
