Investigation Of The Logistics Distribution Mode Of China

With the rapid commerce development, logistics distribution, regarded as the breakpoint of digging "third profit resource", has been developing rapidly. How to find the reasonable logistics distribution mode adapting to China is an important problem involved in the development of logistics .Under the general programming frame of China s logistics distribution, this paper has two emphases. One is the analysis and designing of city s E-commerce logistics distribution mode in China ,another is the decision-making analysis of enterprise s E-commerce logistics distribution mode .This paper can provide the reference of theory and practice in logistics distribution operation.Firstly, this paper studies the difference of logistics distribution operation between developed countries and China, analyses the logistics distribution mode of developed countries and China in detail,and analyses the countermeasure that China should adopt in logistics distribution mode.Secondly, elaborating on the analysis for E-commerce logistics distribution of China and the logistics distribution mode of BtoB and BtoC ,according to the trend of city development, this paper puts forward six E-commerce logistics distribution mode adapting to development of cities. Then, this paper constructs the information system of logistics distribution taking community distribution mode as the example.Then, this paper analyses enterprise how to make decisions in choosing the reasonable distribution modes by determining the nature method, ration method and the combination of two methods.At last, this paper shows the retailer, the third party logistics companies and manufacture how to choose the reasonable modes to operate their logistics distribution by three examples in Chengdu.
