Statistical Investigation And Analysis Of The Construction Site Of Liaoning Province Municipal Government

At present, China’s national economy and society is developing rapidly, the government website as a window of communication between the public and the government, and its construction needs to adapt to the changes of government functions, services to the public and enterprises. The perfect degree of government website construction is good or bad, the development of the cause of the society, the improvement of people’s living standard, plays an important role.This thesis main contents to evaluate the cities of Liaoning province government website construction, according to the authority of the state government website construction index system, with descriptive statistics, comparative analysis, factor analysis, multiple linear regression method to investigate problems, also joined the internal and external factors that influence the construction of the website, to analyze the specific what factors have an impact on the construction site. Finally, according to these influencing factors analysis of Liaoning Province website construction, and put forward opinions and suggestions.In this paper, we draw the conclusion that, in addition to Dalian and Liaoning, the city government website of Shenyang province is not perfect and can not provide a good service for the local people. This paper draws the following recommendations:(1) the economic development of government website construction has certain influence, the more developed the economy of the area for the construction of government website better; (2) the degree of attention of the government also affects the degree of website construction, namely the government pay more attention to the website construction, website construction better. The inadequacies of this article lies in informatization is an external factor to influence the government website construction, but because the data of each city’s specific information construction level is not available, so removed the degree of information technology to the construction of government websites.In recent years, Liaoning Province, the economic downward pressure is serious, 2015 in Liaoning Province economic growth rate is ranked in the column, main economic indicators are declining, Liaoning is facing area of state-owned enterprise system rigid, and its economic development, lack of motivation. This requires us to find out their own problems, accelerate economic development, change the mode of economic development. Each city government website is the window of people understand the government, in the period of economy of Liaoning Province, the overall decline, run the government website, is conducive to the promotion of people’s governments at all levels and departments of administration according to law, promoting social and economic development, improve the social management and public service level, to strengthen the self construction of the government and it is of great importance to promote the reform of the administrative system.
