Through constant improvement of supervision institution, supervision system, supervision means and content, we can establish a sound supervision institution regarding to government purchase of public services, thus strengthening government supervision of purchase public services and make government purchase of public services characterized by legal supervision, cooperative supervision and scientific supervision, so as to promote further development of government purchase of public services.
