The Research Of Villagers Participate In The Village Of Ecological Civilization Construction

In recent years, the village of resources have done serious damage to ecological environment and it need for governance. Without the participation of the villagers, the ecological environment of the village will not be improved at all. The core of villagers to participate in the village of ecological civilization construction is to establish a political system which villagers can really involved in to construct the village of ecological civilization. Based on the simple introduction of theory that is the villagers participation in ecological civilization construction, the author analysis the importance of villagers participation effectively.According to the research, the author found that actual using and theoretical ideas appear deviation. Its performance is as follows. Although the resource-based village of K is under the condition of the ecological environment worsening, the villagers cannot effectively participate in the construction of ecological civilization. Their main participation is irrational ways, such as petitions、organizing collective action and violent protests. These ways objectively aggravate the destruction of the environment. Based on this, the author analysis the disadvantageous factors of the villagers to participate in the ecological construction in the village. The first one is that the villager autonomy cannot function efficiently;The second one is that laws do not sound and poor enforcement;The third one is cabal of village cadres’ interests curing;The fourth one is the low quality of villagers; The last one is not smooth interest expression mechanism.In order to improve the level of village of ecological civilization construction, the author to solve the above problems from the following aspects:the implementation of the villager autonomy system, enables the villagers to actively involved in the construction of ecological civilization; improving the relevant laws, enables the villagers’ participation to orderly; reasonable division enable wise men correct guidance; to improve the quality to make the villagers can get rid of the destructive participation and achieve constructive participation; strengthen the management of grassroots government and ensure smooth benefit expression mechanism and then realize the interaction of participation.
