At the same time, people’s desire for theexcellent environment has become more intensive and they concern more about the ecologicalcivilization, which speeds up our ecological civilization construction to a great extent. In fact,with the quickening of the democratization process, more and more people have taken part in ourcountry’s political affairs, set a good example, and given some suggestions. For theenvironmental issue, they deal with it in the same way, more and more people start to care boutand protect the environment in different ways, which contributes their own power to the processof the ecological civilization. What’s more, it makes their living places more civilized and theenvironment more beautiful.In recent years, the basic democratic construction has obtained the deep development, theawareness of the peasants’ participation in public business has been raised and the participationways have become diversity. However, considering that our country is a huge agricultural countrywhich is held by a strong major of farmers. Due to the constraint from farmers’ subjective andobjective factors, we can see that the farmers’ numbers, ways, levels and other aspects still posemany problems during the process of ecological civilization construction. The main reasons lie inthe economic, society, system, farmers themselves and so on. Therefore, strengthen the ruraleconomic base construction which can make the foundation of the farmers’ participation inecological construction; develop the rural culture which can offer a good culture environment. Inthis way, we can enhance the peasants’ host’s awareness, participation awareness, ecologicalawareness, thus speeding up the construction of ecological civilization in our country.
