Deep Analysis Of Social Support Networks On Youth Peasant Workers

According to the survey data in K company in Suzhou, it can be concluded that two points- the scale and setup relationship of social support network reflect the social support network character among youth peasant workers and analyze the present conditions and effected elements of social support network. Status analysis indicates that the social support network for youth peasant workers is on the small side, and the importance of the strength and weakness made it different among different types of society. But it is found from survey that the dependence of youth peasant workers for location is greatly on the decrease. The newly-built social relationship plays more and more important role on social support. Analysis of effected elements indicates that the main elements for the social support network includes: gender, training history, salary leverl & years lived in Suzhou. The size and setup relationship of social support network and social amalgamation among youth peasant workers exist a certain correlation which needs efforts taken by government, social organization and youth peasant workers, improving the youth peasant worker's satisfaction on city life, built up a social system project be of social amalgamation for youth peasant workers.
