Research On The Problems Of Fuzhou Trade Unions’ Performing The Social Duty

With the rapid development of the market economy in the 21st century, social life appears more freedom compared with the past. Meanwhile, the social contradiction and conflict is more and more severe, which requires the government to speed up the pace of changing social management function and the way of social management. The union is the bridge which contacts with the party and worker masses, so analyzing how the union effectively performs the social duty is both the need of implementing the scientific development, and the need of developing diversified social pattern, simultaneously is also the need of the development of the union itself.The paper is in the perspective of the unions performs the social dtuy, and takes Fuzhou Trade Unions as a case (Fuzhou city under the jurisdiction of the County Federation of trade unions and trade unions).The paper is in the perspective of the unions performing the social duty,and takes Fuzhou Trade Unions carrying out mutual activity of worker medical treatment as a typical case analysis.By using the combination of questionnaire and on the spot investigation, the paper puts forward the problems encountered in Fuzhou Trade Unions in performing the social duty and the reasons, and finally puts forward effecting countermeasures and suggestions.The first part analyzes the research background and significance, the contents and methods, at the same time, reviews the related research at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper analyzes the condition Fuzhou Trade Unions performing the social duty respectively analyzes the way and its results. Using the combination of questionnaire and typical eases, the paper empirically analyzes the workers’cognition and evaluation of the unions’performing the social duty.Thirdly, according to the result of questionnaire and the analysis of typical cases the paper derives out the current problems of Fuzhou Trade Unions performing the social duty and the reasons.Finally, according to the result of empirical analysis the paper puts forward effective countermeasures, mainly including expanding the coverage of basic level labor union, perfecting union mechanism construction, strengthening the education and training of trade union cadres, strengthening the promotion of union image, playing the role of government, innovating the way of social management, perfecting the supervision mechanism of the union, strengthening the participation in social policy making...
