A Research On The Influence Of Floating Population On The Construction Of Social Security In Jingxi Village Minhou County

The increasing demand of labor to improve the urbanization construction provides good conditions for all kinds of labour flowing into cities. Minhou county JingXi town attracted a great number of populations gathering here since the town construction. From 2010to 2015 the floating population grew about 10 times with a sharp increase of all kinds of disputes and illegal crime, which lead to a worrying public security situation. So it is useful to relieve the pressure of public security and promote the construction and harmonious development in Jingxi to find out the cause of the problem by studying the influence of floating population on public security, which also helps to solve the problem of public security caused by the floating population and promote the systematism of the arrangement of public security in small towns.Therefore, to start with, the causes and characteristics of the influence on the public security in small towns from the floating population were analyzed. Based on the empirical researches to get the overall situation and the distribution of the floating population in Jingxi, Minhou, designed the questionnaires to get the basic information, analyzed and drew a corresponding conclusion. Then on the basis of revealing the security situation in the process of the construction of small towns and the effects of the security administration, the writer analyzed the causes and characteristics of the influence of the public security on small towns caused by floating population and concluded its objective factors and reasons. Finally, the writer found out the solutions and measurements, explored new suitable public security managements on the basis of the above research, so as to strengthen the control of the public security organ in Minhou, improve the sense of safety and satisfaction and accelerate the pace of advancing the rule of law and building a harmonious society.
