Research On The Comprehensive Public Service Platform At Village Level Of Fujian Province

For a long time,different management strategies in urban and rural lead to a large gap between urban and rural public service. Farmers’ problems are difficultly to solve because of serious shortage of public services in rural areas.To settle shortage problems of rural public services,we are urgent to integrate the resources of all-party,and establish practical service platform,which carry on the public product supply from the central government to the rural committee. Recently, the staff of government and society both focus on the lack of rural public service.At present, the central government promote the integration of urban and rural areas, and propose strategic objectives of the overall realization of equally basic public services in 2020.According to the central requirement,This paper studies the practical significance of constructing a village-level public service platform.applies the methods of induction,deduction,comparative analysis,investigation.Through the research on the construction of rural public service platform in Fujian Province, we first recognize the existing problems, then analyze the causes, the process and many aspects of the problem, finally explore the government how to establish and improve the rural public service platform.The paper consists of seven chapters.The first chapter mainly refers to the background,purpose,domestic and international reviews,research ideas and methods, innovation and characteristics of the thesis. The second part states relevant concepts and theoretical bases. The third part describes the present situation, service people,motivation and effect of the construction of public service platform in rural areas of Fujian Province.The fourth part analyzes the differences of pattern between the coastally and villagely rural public service platform construction in Fujian province.The fifth part provides analysis of the causes of different aspects in Fujian Province,including government,system,rural,and societal,and ect.The sixth part overally propose the construction of rural public service platform specific ideas,countermeasures and suggestions based on the above analysis.The seventh part expounds conclusion and insufficience of this paper.
