The Research On Government Administrative Examination And Approval Efficiency Of Shenbei Distinct Under Perspective Of Public Satisfaction Index

Administrative Service Center is built for society and citizens, and it offers one-stop, speedy, efficient and enthusiastic services. We have already built a bridge of communication between government and people, and successfully change the past way of social management. Therefore, some issues are also increasingly brought to the attention of the government personnel, such as how to accelerate the construction of Administrative Service Center, deepen the reform of the government public affairs and realize the government management, optimize the environment of social and economic development, improve the government administrative efficiency and so on. Along with the advance of science and technology, the continuous development of society, the increasing quality of residents, all walks of life has updated the requirements of the step of the work quality and efficiency of Administrative Service Center.The core issue of government management is administrative efficiency, and it is the starting point of the governments at all levels to carry out the administrative management and the basic requirement. Therefore, in this paper, our study is based on the administrative efficiency of administrative service center, and we set the Administrative Service Center in Shenbei new district of Shenyang as an example, using a questionnaire method, analyzing the problem of the administrative efficiency, the key research to promote solution paths of administrative efficiency of Administrative Service Center in Shenbei new district of Shenyang, there is also a inevitable requirement of social development and economic progress.This article is divided into six parts. The first part mainly expounds the background and significance of the thesis topic, also related to the detailed narration which view has carried on domestic and foreign literature research results. Also in this paper, the research contents, research methods and main innovation points and deficiencies are all expounded. The second part is relevant concept definition and theoretical basis. For example, public efficiency, Administrative Service Center and the public satisfaction is defined. And put forward the theoretical basis of the study, the social contract theory, new public theory and the theory of electronic government, also expounds the basic factors influencing the administrative efficiency.
