The Influence Mechanism Of Administrative Approval Service Evaluation And Public Satisfaction

Since the “Run Once at Most Reform” in Zhejiang Province was introduced in December 2016,it has been fully promoted across the whole province.Local cities actively explore and reform on the basis of the actual situation of the region.The public is the recipient of the administrative approval services provided by the government.On the one hand,the public's satisfaction is the key to measuring the success of the government's reform of the administrative examination and approval reform,on the other hand,the service-oriented government image that is satisfactory to the public provides ideas for the government to transform government functions and optimize public services.Since the reform,it achieves great success.However after research,it has been found that there are still some problems in improving public satisfaction.In order to build a service-oriented government and improve public satisfaction,It is necessary to explore the relationship between public service perception evaluation,government image and public satisfaction at this stage.So that the government can achieve a targeted goal in deepening the administrative examination and approval reform process.Based on this situation,as well as solving the problem of the lack of research on the external influence factors of the service-oriented government image,the paper not only measured the internal relationship between the public perception evaluation and the satisfaction of the administrative examination and approval service,but also conducted a study on the mediating effect of the service-oriented government image which selected the Yuhang District Administrative Service Center as the research object with multiple methods,such as literature research,questionnaire survey,model construction,regression analysis and SEM structural equationanalysis.The study found that the image of service-oriented government has a certain mediating effect in the evaluation of public satisfaction of administrative examination and approval service.Therefore,while pushing the "Run Once at Most Reform" into the depth,we should also pay attention to the improvement of the government service-oriented government image,deepen public participation,and effectively improve the public's satisfaction and the sense of public service provided by the government.
