Water security of self-built facilities is not protected by the law.Lack of special laws and regulations,Regulatory targets is difficult to determine,Regulatory standards are not clear, Regulatory body and the regulatory process is difficult unified and so on.Problems still restricts the supply of self-built facilities to improve safety and security.Our legal system of water supply safety has many problems,but abroad for supply security has well-developed legal system and established specific protection.Foreign self-built facilities of drinking water security legislation provides the blueprint to improve our self-built facilities legislation safeguards the legal system of water.On the basis of sorting out our self-built facilities to supply security for the legal system and investigating cases of extraterritorial legislation.We should formulate a special law,improve the legal hierarchy,clear regulatory targets,improve water permit system,formulate applicable scientific unified self regulatory standards,determine the regulatory body and regulatory procedures,strengthen self-built facilities WSO legal liability, and the establishment of self-built water facilities safety information disclosure system.
