Study On The Supply Of Rural Public Products

Rural public products plays an irreplaceable role in the rural life of farmers.Moreover,the effective supply of rural public products is more important in same aspects.For example,the promotion of agricultural supply side structural reform,accelerate the construction of new urbanization,agricultural modernization and promotion of targeted poverty alleviation effect,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas gap,so as to realize the goal of building a moderately prosperous society.At present,China has entered a new normalization stage of economic development,within this context of building a well-off society and comprehensively deepening reform,how to guarantee the supply of public products in rural areas is still an important and realistic problem to our government.For a long time,governments at all levels have continuously increased investment in rural public products supply,the supply and service conditions of rural public products have been significantly improved.However,from the current situation,there are stillsome problems in the supply process of rural public products,which leads to rural public products difficult to achieve perfection.The farmland water conservancy facilities as one of the most important public products in rural areas,how to ensure the supply of farmland water conservancy facilities effectively is not only to promote agricultural supply side structural reform and accelerate the modernization of agriculture in the meaning of the title,but also an important guarantee for the rural social stability and economic sustainable development,the quality of life of the people.In such a context,in this paper,farmland water conservancy facilities in Xinxiang city of Henan Province as the research object,combined with related theories and existing data,and six administrative villages in three towns of the investigation in Xinxiang City,analyzes the supply of farmland water conservancy facilities in Xinxiang and its positive effects on the development of rural social economy in Xinxiang systematically and objectively.However,the survey and analysis also found that water conservancy facilities supply process there are some problems in the city of Xinxiang,such as the overall supply still can not meet the needs of agricultural development effectively,supply efficiency remains to be improved and the high cost problems highlighted,uneven allocation of resources lead to the "Matthew effect".At the same time,aiming at the existing problems,the author mainly from the three aspects of supplymechanism,suppliers and rural nepotism to analyze the causes of the problems,and finally combined with the related theory mainly puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem from the perfect supply mechanism,building a diversified supply system and strengthen the government and civil service concept.
