Research On Village-level Organizations Function Transformation In The Process Of Urbanization

Village in the city is a special phenomenon in the process of urbanization. With the development of urbanization process, the external environment of the Villages the village-level organizations of Village in the city changed a lot. On the basis of describes the situation facing the village organization, this article analysis of the necessity of the transformation of the village level organization functions. Then from the political functions, the economic functions, the cultural functions and the social functions analysis of barriers village organizational functions that exist in transition. Finally, combined with practical, put forward some recommendations and strategies to accelerate the transformation of village-level organizational functions. In order to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the construction of village organization, promote urbanization better.
