Research On The Transformation Of Urban Villages In Wenzhou City In The Process Of Urbanization

Village in city is an objective regional phenomenon in the process of urbanization in China.With the continuous expansion of the city scale and the steady improvement of economic development level,the demand for urban construction land is increasing,and people pay more and more attention to the improvement of the quality of life.The emergence of villages in cities has become an important way to improve people's living environment,improve their quality of life,and promote the process of urbanization,which is a necessary condition for building a harmonious Wenzhou.Wenzhou is the largest city with the largest population in Wenzhou,but its GDP is far behind Hangzhou,which is closely related to the slow development of urbanization in Wenzhou.In the process of urbanization,the transformation projects of villages in Wenzhou have already achieved some results.However,influencedue to the of various factors realistic,including the two yuan household registration system,the low comprehensive quality of cumin in the villages and the difficulty of obtaining employment,there are still many problems in the process of Wenzhou city village reconstruction.However,with the improvement of Wenzhou's overall economic development level,the urban village reconstruction project presents a stable growth trend.Therefore,it is necessary to solve and problems optimize the existing on the transformation of Wenzhou City Village,so as to effectively accelerate the process of Wenzhou urbanization and promote the overall economic level of Wenzhou.In this paper,the status quo of urban village reconstruction in Wenzhou City is taken as the access point,and the existing problems,main causes and solutions are briefly analyzed and studied.In the introduction part of the first chapter,it mainly expounds the related concepts and basic theories of urbanization and urban villages,as well as the research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the main research content and research methods of this paper,as well as the innovation points of the article.Thesecond chapter focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the transformation of urban villages in Wenzhou,and the third chapter focuses on the practical problems existing in the transformation of urban villages in Wenzhou.The fourth chapter focuses on the main causes of the problems existing in the transformation of Wenzhou City villages from the perspectives of government,society and the rough people in urban villages.The fifth chapter puts forward some feasible countermeasures to solve the problem of village in city reconstruction in Wenzhou City by combining the analysis results of the previous article for reference.
