At present, with the deepening of aging, not only the growing number of elderly people, the number of oldest old,empty nest elderly and disabled elderly are becoming more prominent, with the elderly population as well as changes in internal differences welfare needs of the elderly, in addition to the purely material needs, the needs in terms of care for the elderly, nursing, recreational, spiritual, barrier-free environment aspects such as demand has been a new growth momentum. Only by cultivating and integrating of multiple welfare supply subject,expanding coverage for the elderly welfare object, deep-level mining the content of the elderly welfare demand and developing the diversity of welfare supply modes, canwe establish the model of welfare supply which oriented to the demand of the elderly and meet the demand of the elderly diversification benefits, then eventually realize the balance and matching between the welfare supply and demand.Research topic of this article is about the urban elderly welfare demand and supply, take Shijiazhuang city, HEBEI province as the research object, according to data shows, Shijiazhuang has entered the aging society in 1993, with deepening aging degree, to study has certain representative and practical significance. First of all,through literature research, questionnaire investigation, interview method and qualitative method to collect related information, to understand the current city welfare supply and demand status of the elderly. We set five welfare demand indicators which including economic needs, health care, spiritual comfort needs,cultural needs and barrier-free environment needs; In terms of welfare supply, mainly from the welfare supply subject, the object of supply, supply content and supply mode these four aspects to analyze; Second, by frequency analysis and cross analysis and multiple frequency response analysis method of the descriptive statistical analysis to analyze the questionnaire, and find that there are some welfare unmet demand projects, project type single welfare demand and different problems such as the elderly welfare demand differentiation which caused by the old age, health status,economic status, living environment and differences in family structure of the Shijiazhuang city. And Again, through the literature research method, illustrative method, comparative analysis method and flow chart method to analyze the welfare supply, learned that Shijiazhuang city currently welfare supply due to the particularity of welfare supply, an aging population and the influence of traditional culture and exist type single supply subject, supply object scope is small, limited supply content and way of supply of a single problem; Finally, based on the comprehensive analysis of supply and demand of the elderly welfare find that the two aspects exist mismatching situations, therefore put forward policy suggestions to perfect the elderly welfare demand and supply, only by choosing the universal-type of elderly welfare model, and through the integration of multiple welfare supply main body, and forming a demand-oriented content of welfare supply,and establishing diversified ways ofwelfare supply and cultivating a good social atmosphere of respecting for the elderly,can make urban elderly welfare supply and demand matching to the greatest extent, and finally can we build a harmonious society where the old can have someone to depend on,to be raised, to enjoy their life and to have a fit for habitation.
