Research On The Difference Between Supply And Demand Of The Elderly Disabled From The Perspective Of Multiple Welfare

As a special group of the elderly,the disabled elderly have the characteristics of old age and disability,and their elderly life has attracted people's attention.With the completion of the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020,the state has made relevant instructions in the 13 th five-year plan for the development of undertakings for the aged and the construction of the old-age care system to ensure that the elderly can share in the new achievements of the moderately prosperous society.We should adhere to the leadership of party committees,the leadership of the government,the participation of the public,and the actions of the whole people.We should focus on strengthening the work of the whole society in dealing with the aging population in all aspects,improve policies and systems on aging,improve the livelihood of the elderly and the provision of services,and ensure that the elderly share in the new fruits of a moderately prosperous society.Under such a background,this paper studied the difference between the supply and demand of disabled elderly people in China by means of interviews,literature review and comparison.From the perspective of the functional relationship between different subjects in the welfare pluralism theory,this paper studied the differences between the services provided by different subjects in the elderly care services and the actual needs of disabled elderly people.By analyzing the differences in the supply-demand relationship between the government,society,market,family and other organizations,the author finds that the differences between the supply of government pension services and the demand of disabled elderly people include laws,policy publicity and resource integration.The differences between the supply of social pension service and the demand of disabled elderly include social integration,medical treatment,health care and entertainment.The difference between the supply of family pension service and the demand of disabled elderly people has the way of life and the right to speak;The differences between the market supply of old-age care services and the demand of disabled elderly people include the quality,price and professional medical equipment of old-age care workers.The difference between the supply of other elderly care services and the demand of disabled elderly people is entertainment for the elderly.To find out the reasons for the differences,the reasons at the government level include the lack of policy publicity,the lack of strict supervision and the existence of legal gaps.The social reason of disabled elderly social participation is too low,deficiency of entertainment and medical construction;At the family level,the disabled elderly are strongly dependent on their families and lack of respect from their families.At the market level,the reasons include the uneven levelof pension workers,different price customization standards and single medical products.By referring to the successful model of reducing the gap between the supply and demand of pension services for the elderly with disabilities in foreign countries,the model of multiple subjects participating in the hybrid pension service in the UK,the model of Japanese people participating in the pension service,the model of "time storage" under the voluntary organization in the United States and the model of mutual assistance pension under the social leadership of the German government,this paper gives some feasible countermeasures and Suggestions to alleviate the gap between the supply and demand of pension services for the elderly with disabilities in China.According to the responsible fields of different supply subjects,give full play to their respective advantages,and give measures that can be improved,so as to promote the integration between the supply subjects of various pension services,do a good job in the diversified cooperation of pension services for the elderly with disabilities,absorb the scientific and technological power brought by "Internet +",and achieve a close match between the supply and demand of pension services for the elderly with disabilities,better serve the elderly with disabilities,and enable the elderly with disabilities to have a happier life in their later years.
