Research On Protection Of Rights And Interests Of The Migrant Workers In China

With the urbanization of China, migrant workers have always been a focus of public attention in recent years, a lot of domestic experts and scholars are studying migrant workers, which focused on the research of the protection of migrant workers, the research achievements also have a huge practice effect. It is helpful to solve the problem of right infringing for us to study the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers. It can reflect the social care to the migrant workers, it also can accelerate the social integration of migrant workers, promote the civilization process of migrant workers, and ultimately it can help the urbanization of China.This thesis selects the cross point--- cooperative governance, which is between natural sciences and social sciences, this thesis attempts to study the protection of rights and interests of migrant workers from the perspective of cooperative governance. Then it will give final measures to solve the problem. The first part is the introduction, mainly states the background and the significance of this thesis, at the same time, it states a comprehensive review of domestic research literature and foreign literature. In the research summary, it introduces the related research the protection of rights and interests of the migrant workers in China and related research about domestic and foreign cooperative governance, then, it also introduces the research ideas, research content, innovation and deficiency of this thesis. The second part is based on the concepts and related theories, in this part, it discusses in detail the important concept of migrant workers, migrant workers’ rights and interests protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers, then, it expounds the problems related to the protection of the rights and interests of the migrant workers, in addition, it also lists the relevant content-the basic theory of the cooperative governance. The third part is the analysis for the problems of the protection of rights and interests of Chinese migrant workers, first of all, It states the current achievements and existing deficiency of the protection of rights and interests of the migrant workers, followed by the analysis of the specific reasons for the lack of protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers in China, respectively, from the view of the whole system, the functions of the government, social care, employers and migrant workers themselves to analyze, and from the perspective of cooperative governance to indicate a lack of coordination between the various governance bodies. The last part will give some advice, namely cooperative governance path to strengthen protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers.The conclusion of this thesis is that we need to take measures from four aspects if we want to strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers from the perspective of cooperative. Firstly, according to the main reason, we should exceed the barrier of urban areas and rural areas and gradually break the system barriers. Secondly, the government should change its present imperfections management mode, improve its ability to integrate social resources gradually. Thirdly, improve the relevant system from migrant workers employment, housing and other aspects, to promote the cooperation of migrant workers and the citizens. Finally, we should build a complete organization environment of the protection of rights and interests of migrant workers, then, promote the cooperation of all kinds of governance bodies. In short, to study of protection of rights and interests of migrant workers from the perspective of cooperative governance, we should take comprehensive measures of the government, employers, migrant workers organizations, social forces as well as migrant workers themselves, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the migrant workers in employment, children’s education and housing, the governance bodies take their measures and get on with each other harmoniously, they can have stability interaction with each other, then, they can realize the good interaction, to create a better social environment, in such a good social environment, then, it can be real to ensure the smooth realization of the rights and interests of migrant workers.
