Research On The Protection Of Migrant Workers' Rights And Interests From The Perspective Of Marxist Fairness And Justice

In recent years,the issue of migrant workers has gradually become a hot topic widely concerned by the government and the whole society.The protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers is also an important topic in academic circles in China.It can be seen that the issue of protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers is one of the most important practical problems in China today.It is not only related to the further deepening of China's reform,but also to the stable and harmonious situation of the country and society.Therefore,we should study the status of the rights and interests of migrant workers in contemporary China,and interpret the complicated social phenomena and problems in contemporary China from this perspective,and actively explore ways to resolve conflicts and solve problems,which can provide some reference for building a harmonious socialist society.In this paper,Marx's view of justice and other related theories as a guide,starting from the analysis of Marx's theory of fairness and justice,analyzes Marx's view of justice development,Marx's view of justice Marx's main connotation,concept of fairness and justice under the principle of protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers,and then analyzes the existing protection of rights migrant workers the problem of Marx's concept of justice,these problems include the lack of protection of employment survival rights and security rights is difficult to implement,the public service can not enjoy the rights,dignity and interests of social security rights can not meet.Then analysis the analysis of the problems of the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers,the main reasons include: two yuan in urban and rural areas of economic and social system,government policy formulation and policy effectiveness needs to be optimized,the labor market and the lack of corporate social responsibility,social values,the absence of lagging rural migrant workers and social organizations of their own rights consciousness is weak.Finally,according to the Marx doctrine of fair and justice,the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers.Putsome corresponding suggestions,including system construction,to protect the rights of migrant workers to strengthen the functions of the government to maintain the rights and interests of migrant workers and enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility to maintain the rights and interests of migrant workers,the construction to protect the rights of migrant workers and migrant workers to improve the legal system of organization to promote awareness of the initiative rights.
