A Study On The Legal Issues Of Rural Mass Incidents In Hainan Province

In this paper, in recent years occurred in Hainan Province of rural group events as research materials, speaking from current events of the rural population in Hainan Province, analysis the current Hainan group events in internal cause and external representation and based on chaining Hainan Province group events involved in the main legal problems. Finally, legal problems of the proposed research, on legal issues related to the proposed corresponding solutions.The article is divided into three parts. Provides an overview of the first part in recent years our country community events as well as the general situation of the rural group events in Hainan Province, and according to the current situation of Hainan population event tries to analyze, caused by the underlying causes of the group events, resulting in Hainan Province rural group events, the three biggest reasons are land resources, villagers’autonomy management and environmental problems in rural areas.
