With the continuous progress of modern science and technology, more and more electrics and electronic products has entered into our daily life. The emergence of the electrics and electronic products makes our lives more convenient. At the same time, environmental problems caused by non-standard recycling activities of waste electrics and electronic products are increasingly drawing people’s attentions. In order to solve this problem better, we need to make laws to regulate recycling activities, thus the activities can be more orderly.Although our country has formulated the law about recycling of waste electrics and electronic products, there are still some problems existing in the process of law enforcement, such as the lack of operability in law, unknown regulatory responsibilities, and so on. For these problems we have, this essay based on the analysis of the current law of our country finds out what we need to improve in our environmental protection legislation. Based on the current deficiency existing in our country’s law compared to foreign advanced experience on environmental legislation, author confirms the responsibility and ensures the subject, object and the related rights and obligations of recycling waste electrics and electronic products, so as to put suggestions on improving our country’s legislation forward.
