Resarch On The Anti-corruption In Yong Zheng Period And Its Contemporary Enlightenment

Qingshizong Aisin Gioro Yin Zhen is an outstanding emperor in Chinese history. During his reign, regarding government affairs,he aroused his all efforts to make the country prosperous;regarding reforms, he made bold and resolute decisions; to root out unhealthy ways and customs in the officialdom, he adopted a series of important measures, effectively overawing and containing unhealthy tendency in the officialdom at the end of last years of Kangxi.His vigorous and effective personalities, down-to-earth thoughts and diligent manner made great contributions to the Qing Dynasty’s another heyday and also laid a solid foundation for incorrupt and open governance in early years of Qianlong, occupying an important position in the history of the Qing Dynasty.This thesis starts from the perspective of politics, adopts the method of historical research, probes into the research value of the topic of Yongzheng’s anti-corruption practice and carries out in-depth analysis of achievements obtained by Yongzheng in anti-corruption process.Trying to in today’s anti-corruption construction process,follow the General Secretary Xi Jinping advocated, in history "takes its essence, goes to its dregs", seek the important reference meaning to the contemporary anti-corruption.The article is divided into three chapters.the first chapter mainly expounds the Yongzheng period anti-corruption thought formation background,from two aspects that the serious situation of bureaucracy lax in the late kangxi and the social contradictions before and after the succession andserious to analysis;The second chapter summarizes the performance and characteristic of the anti-corruption during yongzheng period, on the one hand, thinking from the institution of anti-corruption, he punished corruption,traced money,set up Huikaofu, reform fiscally,implement Huo Hao down, Yang Lian Yin system, improve the supervision system, create fold system, pay attention to choosing officers system and improve the introducing system. On the other hand clutching the anti-corruption thought, using secret suriko warned officials, and pay attention to the officials and people’s ideological and moral education, establish anti-corruption model.The last chapter, the author summarizes expounds the evaluation and revelation of the anti-corruption measures in yongzheng’period.
