Along with our nation’s high speed population growth, traditional family members supporting are changing to socialized management and service step by step. All of home-based care, facilities care and community services for aged people, urgently need a larger number of well-qualified aged care servers1.At present, compared with the internationally acknowledged ratio of older and aged care servers(3:1), the demand of aged care servers in our country is around 10 million.At the present stage, our nation’s training on aged care servers have some problems, such as limited scale, simple hierarchical structure, irregularly qualities, which are considered to be the the restraining factors of rapid growth on aged care services to a certain extent.Issue of the support for the aged becomes now one of hot spots of society, and also the focus that the representatives of the two conferences pays close attention to in two Conferences(i.e. the National People’s Congress and the Chinese Political Consultative Conference)in 2016.This essay is an investigation research on present situation of staff training in aged care facilities in Shanghai, and points out some selective strategies proposals with personal interview conjoint analysis.The paper’s structure organized as follows:Introduction,through the research background, research significance, the selected topic, current research, the structure of the thesis, and research methods, the introduction part made a sorting and specifications.Part Two is investigation on present situation of staff training in aged care facilities in Shanghai.170 aged care servers were selected for the study in 34 aged care facilities of 14 districts in Shanghai. A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted, and did personal interview, collected data, made systemic statistical for recognizing issues. And then, personal interview and summary analysis.The last part is proposal selective strategies and suggestions. Make proposal on staff training in aged care facilities, meanwhile, emphasize the advantages that training school, colleges, universities should make the most of, conclude selective strategies and bring forth 5 vocational and technical training patterns for aged care. Those are sticking classified training, eating hierarchy training, reserching government, company, industry and college alliance training, expanding “fresh troop’s reserve” training and discussing aged care staff exchanged training with oversea countries.Meanwhile,it is suggest that people should to pay attention to use many kinds of teaching method in the process of training, and points out some instructional ideas for building reasonable assessment system of aged care severs,with accessory tables in the end.Besides, it appeals the government should take part in the aged care servers training, and give a big hand on it basically.In the conclusion, I point out that in order to improve the training level absolutely, the government, society and college need to collaborate to work together.
