Research On The Types And Distribution Of Community Elderly Care Service Facilities With Home-based Care For The Aged In Xi'an

In twenty-first century,China has entered the aging society,facing aging,aging of the aged,the empty nest and the disability,the elderly life care,rehabilitation care,health care,spiritual comfort has become a social problem.With the rapid penetration of every corner of the city “421”family structure,the traditional family pension function has been more and more overextended,and home-based care for the aged,between family and social old-age pension,comes into being.The aging trend in Xi'an is 10 years earlier than the country,and the total population of over 60 years old in 2020 will account for 23.8%,about 35.6% in 2030.Under the “9073” endowment pattern and in the face of 97% elderly people living at home,perfect community service for the aged is the safeguard of the old age life,community service facilities suitable for aging,diversified types of facilities;reasonable layout is the key to solve this problem.Through domestic and foreign reference dealing with the aging problems,questionnaire surveies,interview and field investigation,combining quantitative and qualitative methods,by doing research in Taiyi Road of Beilin District in Xi'an,it could be found that community elderly care service facilities does not meet the requirements of the eldly.To the problem oriented,combined with the geographical,social,psychological and physiological perspectives,the creation of suitable community space for the elderly could make them starting from their own,taking exercise and preventing diseases actively,continuing and developing interests.To meet the actual needs of the elderly,it is necessary to enhance the accessibility of material needs and the integration of spiritual needs of them.The method of "comprehensive,detailed of facility types,flexible combination and dynamic layout " is adopted in the community space,namely to establish the comprehensive forms and considerate service system of the facilities,to explore a variety of the facility layout form,through the sorting layout,in advance to conclude spaces that can adapt to the old and new pension service format,as a pension service market-oriented space media.By establishing the information center,the wisdom endowment,the internet plus,and the combination of medical care and pension could be brought into the home pension,all of which could implement dynamic monitoring and adjust the allocation of community pension service resources.Make full use of the subway station,kindergarten,the community park and other community facilities;put forward imaginative facilities space,which can meet the spiritual needs of the elderly.Finally,based on the type of facilities and layout research results,consider the adaptive optimization of home pension in the residential area from the level of community living environment,in purpose of making it in line with the evolvement rule of urban public service facilities' self-renewal,functional and spatial evolution.Maximize the needs of the elderly based on the existing space;the facilities that could not be perfectly equipmented in one step,being accompanied by a gradual,coordinated,and sustainable process,need to be considered in the development of region and the spatial variation process for saving room for future development.
