Theoretical Consideration Of Public Security Quality Management System

With opportunity and challenge after China’s accession to the WTO, as a important role in the quality of the government, the public security work quality of national economic development and the improvement of people’s living standard has a significant effect. The public security work is the focus of the public security law enforcement work. Therefore, how to set up long-term management mechanism, improve the quality of the law enforcement of public security organs, including the fushun city public security bureau of public security organs at all levels with a long-term strategic task.This paper USES the theory of total quality management, the use of the method of theory with practice, the public security organ to implement IS09000 quality management modes are analyzed and studied. In the process of research of this paper, first of all, the public security work characteristics and the law enforcement quality problems existing in the work, and then combined with ISO9000 quality management standards and the application of the eight principles of quality in public security work, in-depth analysis systematically the establish public security the feasibility and necessity of the quality management system, put forward the important way of improving the quality of police work is to establish comprehensive quality of the public security management system. On this basis, this paper in order to establish quality of fushun city public security bureau public security management system as an example, the process of establishing public security quality management system design, by the public security organ to establish public security law enforcement quality long-term management mechanism provides a new train of thought.
