The Improvement Of Monitoring The Public Security's Organ Law Enforcement Quality Research

The enforcement of public security organs through in all aspects of the social public life,and is an important assurance for people to live and work in peace and contentment,so the public security organ for law enforcement surveillance affects social nerve has been an important issue.This paper based on the analysis of the public security organ law enforcement quality monitoring on the basis of relevant theories,explains the concept of law enforcement surveillance,characteristics,basic contents and related theoretical basis.Taking Shenzhen as an example,on the base of analyzing the problems and causes of the executive quality of the public security supervision,and learning from the related experience and effective practices of the developed countries,in order to provide guidance and norms in the level of executive quality of the public security to solve the Social contradictions caused by the public security's low executive quality,this paper try to construct a set of adaptive executive quality supervision system of the public security supervision,which can conform to the current situation and future development trend.Focusing on the real situation,the structural arrangement of this work follows the following scientific logical order,problem observation,problem analysis,and the solution generation.First of all,the paper analyzes the background and significance,the scholars both at home and abroad,the content and research method,and its innovation.Then,the related concepts are clearly defined,and the necessity and the related theoretical basis of improving of supervision of executive quality of the public security are analyzed,and the existing main problems and reasons of supervision of executive quality of the public security in Shenzhen are discussed.Finally,through the discussion of the beneficial experience abroad,combined with domestic economic and social reality,it's advised to improve executive quality of the public security in terms of Safeguard mechanism,Law enforcement responsibility system,the outside supervision mechanism.
