A Research On The Drowned Problem Of The Rural Primary And Secondary Students Under The Perspective Of The Public Safety Education Supply

According to the national survey of the China Youth Research Center, the accident has become the first cause to death in adolescents, and the drowning is the top killer. In recent years, it is not infrequent that we have heard the report the drowning accident on the primary and secondary school students. After the comparative analysis, we found that those kinds of accidents always occur in the countryside, and the age of the victim is between 1 and 14. Therefore, what is the reason those children become the main “victims” of the drowning accidents? This phenomenon is the main reason to be proposed with researching the problem of the rural primary and secondary students. The drowning accident happened in the rural primary and secondary students frequently occur in the public, which causes the public concern. While, the basic reason is the low development and the insufficient public safety education supplied in the countryside. Since the foundation of the nation, the agriculture has made a tremendous contribution to the development of the industry. But, the most development of the industry does not drive the prosperity of the rural economy. In lacking of the investment of the education construction, which lags behind the city. Therefore, it is impossible to talk about the development of rural school. For decodes years, those accidents sounded the government support and cared for the health growth of the motherland of the next generation of safety. Based on the perspective of the administrative management professional, this paper analysis the causes and countermeasures of those kinds of accidents from the perspective of public safety education supply in rural primary and middle school students. This aim of this paper is to attract the attention of the relevant units and individuals to the concern of the people’s livelihood on the ground of the limited opinions of the author. If this paper could prevent or reduce those accidents happen, and it will realize the purpose of this paper.
