A Study On Legal Education Of Primary School Students In Rural Areas Of Chongqing

Legal education is not only the meaning of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way,but also the only way to build China into a socialist country ruled by law.Ruling the rule by law is a systematic project,which not only involves the formulation of laws and regulations and the justice of judicial procedures,but also involves the cultivation of legal concepts and the establishment of legal consciousness.This requires our country to actively carry out the legal education,from the ideological level to improve the legal literacy of the whole people.As far as the special region and object of "rural" and "primary school students" are concerned,the rule of law education for rural primary school students has considerable particularity.Therefore,the legal education for rural primary school students has come to the fore as a prominent problem.Chongqing,as the largest municipality,has its own uniqueness and has the characteristics of "big city" driving "big countryside",which is similar to the overall structure of urban and rural urbanization in China,so the study of legal education in rural primary schools in Chongqing has a certain degree of universality.Therefore,taking the eight rural primary schools in the Northeast district of Chongqing as a case,this paper analyzes the present situation of rule of law education,the existing problems and the factors affecting the legal process of rural primary school students from three angles of social level,school level and family level,in order On this basis,this paper puts forward some targeted but also has a certain universal countermeasures and suggestions.Specifically,the article mainly expounds from the following aspects: The first part expounds the reason of the topic selection,the significance of the research,the current situation at home and abroad,the ideas and methods of the research problems,as well as the research focus and the shortcomings in the innovation,the second part of the rural primary school students legal education related theoretical basic knowledge In order to further point out the importance of legal education for rural primary school students;the third part according to the investigation and analysis of the results of the survey,it is concluded that rural primary school students have made a lot of achievements in legal education,part four carefully analyze the problems existing in the investigation,and analyze the causes of the problems;The five part aims at the current problems existing in the rule of law education for rural primary school students,analyzes them deeply from many angles,such as society,school and family,summarizes and reflects the shortcomings existing in the rule of law education for rural primary school students,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
