Research On The Public Service Supply Mechanism

In the 30 years of reform and opening up,our country has made many achievements in the public service development,such as perfect public service facilities,high level supply of public service, abundant supply of public service property. However there are also some shortcomings,for example,the diversified supply mechanism of public service is not not well organized,the supervision mechanism of public service supply is not perfect,the level supply of public service can not meet the needs of the public.The public service has an important position in the present stage of our country.It has good advantages to the rapid transformation of our society and country’s sustained economic growth.Therefore,in order to solve the problems of public service supply,the author construct a multiply supply mechanism dominated by government,and also establish the supervision system.Some new concepts are introduced into the system,such as public governance theory,this put forward new requirements for the public service.The mode of our country’s public service is entering a transition stage of modern governance.The new changes and new patterns happened international have a promoting role in the reform of public service supply mechanism.Through the analysis and research of public service supply this paper establish a set of effective supply mechanism based on the reality of our country.Through the research on the supply mechanism of public service,This paper analysis the experience and lessons of our country’s public service supply mechanism with the idea of put forward the question- Analysis of the problem- to solve the problem.For innovating public service supply mechanism,constructing a new public services supply mechanism in China,This paper cites a new theoretical foundation,puts forward the reform scheme.This paper analysis the problems in current public service supply mechanism,these issues are mainly manifested:During the period of rapid economic growth,the needs of citizens and the provision of public services is not balanced; in the supply of public service, government intervene in the supply market which lead toimmaturity diversity supply mechanism; the supervision of the public service supply mechanism is not perfect, the related legal system is not sound. In order to solve the problems existing in the supply of public service in our country,we should analysis and research the topic by acknowledging China’s current system.This paper constructs the citizen demand mechanism and multiply supply mechanism based on building the supervision mechanism,hoping to create a good mechanism for our country’s the supply of public services.
