Study On The Problem Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers In Shanxi Province

With the accelerating urbanization and modernization process of the country,resulting in a new generation of migrant workers. Generation of migrant workers as compared with the first generation of migrant workers, the wishes of the people of the stronger, higher career expectations, as the main force of China’s second and tertiary industries, they have made great contributions to China’s economic restructuring and development. However, after the new generation of migrant workers to achieve a career transition and place of residence, social status has not been a corresponding change. The new generation of the large number of migrant workers, migrant workers remain in the long term if the state fails to citizenship, it is not conducive to effective transfer of rural surplus labor force and urbanization objectives, and the impact of building a socialist harmonious society. Therefore, to promote the new generation of people of migrant workers is an important subject of urban and rural development and building a socialist harmonious society faces.In this paper, with the background of the development of the new urbanization,Marxism about human development and urban-rural relations theory as the basis,through the literature research and the questionnaire of consolidation analysis, summed up the basic characteristics of Shanxi Province of the new generation of migrant workers and members of the public, the paper summarizes the present situation of Shanxi Province of the new generation of migrant workers and members of the public,summarizes the realistic problem of Shanxi Province of the new generation of migrant workers and members of the public, reveals the new generation urbanization of migrant workers at the root of the problem in Shanxi Province, finally to explore the specific path of new generation urbanization of migrant workers in Shanxi Province.Shanxi Province as the central population of the province, the number of new generation of migrant workers is also very large, but in the study of how to promote the new generation of migrant workers in Shanxi Province, the issue is relatively small. In this paper, a questionnaire survey, literature research methods, from the social status and population development in Shanxi Province, Shanxi Province, the new generation of migrant workers in a comprehensive study of the problem.
